It was a good budget hotel that covered all our needs. The room was extremely spacious and included an electric kettle and a fridge. Location: the property was not far from many cheaper restaurants and cafes around, the restaurants or shops, and Ben Thanh market. We visited Sushi Hokkaido Sachi, based close to the hotel.

The room was dingy, we expected better.

Our stay at Phu Gia Bui Vien was overall enjoyable. The location was great, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We were pleased with the spacious room and the helpful staff who assisted us in changing rooms when we experienced some issues. Despite the noise from nearby nightclubs, we were able to get a good night's sleep with the help of earplugs. The shower controls were a bit tricky, but once explained, we had no further problems. Although there were a few minor cleanliness issues, they were resolved promptly. I would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.
